Oil Cap. And Weight

How much oil too put in and does weight matter ? has 22400 miles and planing on using 20/50 weight, is that ok ?

20/50 will work in summer on your worn engine- go to thinner oil in winter- that's all- simple-

20w50 will work if that's all you can get where you are at, but it's not going to be able to get into the smaller orafices, ex. camshaft bearings, which will eventually lead to engine damage. I would highly recommend using 5w20 or 5w30. Also use a good quality oil filter,ex.Motorcraft
