Do they make ac compressor bypass pulley for
2005 mercury sable

I don't know of any kit, but you can buy a shorter belt to bypass it and leave the compressor installed if you want. Dayco 5060820 belt will work just route it properly so all the pulleys are engaged. youtube has a few videos. The shorter belt will work on the 3.0L OHV Vulcan, not sure on the 3.0L DOHC. You didn't specify which engine your Sable has.
