You signed the deal without shopping around.

Before I signed, I recieved information about a better price. So I tried to cancel but the seller told me Joel you must to be sure that I am Not going to lie to you. This is the best price you can find, So I told him, ok Im going to buy it just because i trust you...However, very soon after I found out that they could have sold it to me for a much better price. I know that it was a mistake as it was my first experience buying a car, but i would like to know if there is any possibility I can solve this.

It depends on your states laws. Some dealer contracts have a 24 hour return policy. If you chose to persue this avenue do not drive it. Come up with a compelling reason why the car does not work for you. Wife doesn't like it, paperwork errors, etc. They may offer you that perfect alternate vehicle at the right price. You must take action immediately and do not drive the car until you attempt to return it!

Do you know if in NY have a return policy. Here the letter that I sent to then less that 24 hour after: Greetings. Last Thursday I bought a car at Lia Honda. There was a moment in which I questioned the price offered based on information I received while I was waiting. The curious thing was that the sales man came to me and said I could trust and be sure that the price was very fair and that the important thing for him (you guys) was that I left satisfied. I told him that I didn't have much knowledge with regards to the value and was going to trust him and expect that was he was saying was absolutely true. The price we agreed on based on the vote of confidence was $26,053. Less than 24 hours later I asked for the sales price of the same car and model in a nearby dealer and the price quoted was $24,100. Today I received another offer of $23,500. We also asked for sales price of the same model from Lia Honda and received a quote today at 9:05am of $25,181. I have tried to obtain the email of the sales man but I have not had success. My intent is to learn his answer because I see no correlation between this incident and the reputation of Lia Honda. I recognize that giving you my total vote of confidence was my mistake and I have to deal with it; but it is also my duty to send you this note and wait for an answer. Thank you for all your answers.

Sorry I misunderstood the timing of your purchase. I do not know NY law I would suggest contacting an attorney if you wish to pursue. I have paid sticker price for a vehicle which was in high demand in the past and I felt good about it. If you so choose to drop it and simply enjoy the car that you obviously liked enough to buy I would forget about the deal as it has been days (4-5) since you purchased. We all learn from every experience in life. If you purchase another new car in the future use buying services from Costco or True Car to avoid the back and forth game. It takes all the hassle of going dealer to dealer. My 2 cents I hope this helps..
