Battery drains 2 times in 13 months honda replaced batteries

Sounds like you either have a small parasitic drain from some electrical component or the alternator is acting up. I would say probably a drain but definitely do check the post connectors for corrosion and get the alternator tested first as those are easy to check before getting involved. Also of not if how often you drove it in that time. If you daily drive then definitely a drain but if you only drive every so often could be alternator voltage issue.
