Took dash out to replace heater core on 2001 Lincoln ls now it wont crank

That's not it either!! None of the lights are coming on or nothing!! The car won't even turn over!! I've taken the dash back out and rechecked all connections!! There's a green on the passenger side that has nothing to connect it to, but other than that everything is properly in its place!!
