Why my car is low to the ground

I have a 2002 Lincoln Continental, Everytime I park my car I
notice my car is down real low to the ground, It hasn't done
tht before sometimes my car is up is my shocks going
bad....When I put my key into the ignition I hear the shocks
it goes bck up, Please tell me whts going on wth my car....

You must have the option air ride. and have a leak in the air system that controls the shocks.
