So if the battery has a faulty cell you can charge it all day long and its still not going to start the car. I would return the battery to whomever sold it to you and buy the proper battery by referring to your owners manual or local autoparts store (Most will swap the battery out for you). One question, can you jump the car? If you can and the car stays running, it is not the alternator, its the battery. Ill monitor your post. Best of luck!

No it won't work with a jump either and I'm not sure if the battery has bad cell or not I'm taking it to have it testing

If you can't jump it, it is most likely the alternator however, you still want to check the battery cables and ensure that they are not corroded and are secured tightly. You can pry off the panels on the top of the battery to look down in the cells, you should see little tubes with water, ensure they are filled to the full line. Best of luck! It sounds like you might have just gotten a defective battery but ill keep an eye on your post. The auto parts store can check both the Alt and the Batt. for free.
