My lincoln 2005 LS V6 overheats intermediately. Idile and moving. Shop could not find anything wrong. It's only done it twice in two weeks. Any ideas.

I just had the raidiator replaced last year. Not sure what the shop used. All I know they said hey let it run for 45 mins and no sign of overheating. Had no leaks or anything they said wrong. Should I take it back again? Or just wait and see if the problem happens again. I hate wasting time
