Hi my car is just turning on its not crecking nor
starting they diagnosed it bit seems thy cant see
thr problem i took it to different people

Nobody is seeing a problem because nobody wants to work on a fifteen year ole Opel. Look for an Opel owners club near you and discuss this with members. They might know a mechanic who will look over your car seriously.
