Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just replaced the fan clutch and thermostat. Still dont have the other fan on yet. But it still gets hot idling. Runs at 210. Well today it was at 210 and then smoke started coming out and antifreeze/water came gushing out the bottom. What is the problem? Or how do I tell????

if there is no fan on it it will overheat no matter what you do until you put a fan on it. fluid started gushing from where? the bottom of what? its probably the return hose from the engine. the hose will need to be replaced.
