No start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Serpentine belt broke. Replaced with new
one. Now Jeep won't start. Fuses are good,
getting fuel but no spark. help!!

There may be a reason the belt broke. Take it back off and make sure there are no seized idlers, tensioners or a/c compressor. If one of the accessories the belt drives it sometimes leads to a no start no crank condition. If the engine DOES rotate when cranked look for a damaged crankshaft position sensor that the belt wiped out when it broke.
