Why won't my 02 Honda Accord start?

Recently I cleaned the cold air intake and it
started like a champ. After a week or so, I started
having problems with it starting. I got it jumped
thinking it was a battery or alternator problem and
it started up again. But it's been happening every
week to every few days. It'll start up and then a
few days later it won't. It starts with a low rpm and
then it'll just shut off. Bad connections maybe?

It's possible so I would check all connections and ground wires & have the battery load tested and also the alternator to start with. You would be amazed at the crazy things cars can and will do, due even a small voltage drop.

I've tested my battery and alternator twice and they both tested fine. Even took my car to a shop and they said they couldn't find anything wrong.

I would bet they couldn't find anything obvious and couldn't be bothered trying to look further. My wife's 2000 Accord went completely nuts doing the strangest things you could imagine with idle, power loss, stumbling and back firing, not to mention bizarre idiot lights going on and off. Turned out to be a failing alternator, even though it tested "OK" at the auto parts store.
