How do you clear the sunroof drain?

Whenever it rains the water flows onto my front and rear (driver side) floor boards.  I never open my sunroof.

The best way is to expose the tubes by removing all trim areas and disconnecting them at the joints and running a snake type object through each section, but you can also try blowing air through them if you have a compressor and blow gun or know someone who does.
