how or where can i get a wiring diagram with color code and pin out for my 1999 honda accord ex 3.0

wiring harness color code for wiring harness specifically the right side
passenger fuse panel all the connectors that plug in , had a short and some
wires are scortched

Buy a good repair manual. I have never found reliable wiring diagrams online.
