Slowly cranks

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 96 accord lx 5 speed f22b2 I
changed my head gasket and now my car
turns over slowly and wont start almost like
the battery is dead iv tryed diff batterys
same out come it gets fuel and power to the
dizzy every one says ecu and ecu relay iv
tooken out the ecu and looked at it didn't see
anything noticeable
