Vibrating gear stick in manual 2nd gear

I have vitz 2003 manual...most often gear stick makes
disturbig sound of vibrating tak tak tak tak   when i release
clutch in second gear...when i hold gear stick with my hand
it calms down..so what z the problem plzzz,
