I'm having good an issue with the heat in a 2002 Jeep Liberty Sport.

Asked by Daddiohenry Feb 11, 2016 at 08:15 PM about the 2002 Jeep Liberty Sport 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Anti freeze reservoir is full but the heat doesn't stay hot. The hose going to the
engine is hot and the thermostat was allegedly changed.  So why doesn't the
heat stay hot?

If both heater hoses are getting hot, you might have to have the heater core flushed out. Also check the blend door actuator for the climate control to make sure it is working.
