The ECU of my totyota yaris sedan 2017 was stolen. Can I use any toyota Yaris ECU instead of 2017?

Not typically. Contact your Toyota dealer and they will know what part numbers cross and which ones do not. you will have to have the new ECU reprogrammed to your car after it is installed, normally.
