1999 Ford Escort LX Fuses

Fisrt my radio had went out and my car was very
loud (almost like shooting a gun) and would cut off
at random times

I have a brand new battery and altinator have
gotten all my fluids changed and new spark plugs
but it still wont crank what could be the problem
