What would cause my 2000 hombre to not wanna move till its warmed up

I would recommend having the transmission fluid and filter changed.

Your transmission fluid could be low. I would do a transmission fuild change with new filter. This will give you a good starting point. REMEMBER DO NOT POWER FLUSH THE TRANSMISSION..
