Where is the kill switch on a 2000 ford taurus

The fuel pump inertia switch is in the trunk, on the right hand side behind that grey fiberboard material. After a collision the red button will pop up to disconnect power to the fuel pump. Press the red button down to reset it. Owner's manual has more info, if you have one.

Where is the kill switch?? Got a flat and the car will not start..
