Ive got a 1988 k1500 with tbi and the left
injector isnt spraying enough fuel and the right
injector is spraying to much fuel what could

I would replace them both , 12 psi for fuel may be good with those they don't get a lot as I remember .

Fuel pressure sounds good, I would swap injectors and see if it then changes sides, if it does then replace the injectors, if it doesn’t then you have a injector driver problem, this could be a wiring issue of even the computer itself. Have you checked for any trouble codes?
