Chevy 1500 turning over but not firing

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My chevy 1500 4.3 v6 turns over but doesn't fire up.
I have replaced the cap, rotor, ignition module, all
spark plugs, spark plug wires and the ignition coil.
Fuel pump turns on and we've poured fuel in the
carb but still doesn't fire. Does anyone have any
solutions?

Update: It's not carb. It's throttle body. And it now fires when fuel is poured down throttle body. But the injectors aren't spraying any fuel
