TBI gas leak

Asked by James Feb 01, 2018 at 09:19 PM about the 1989 Chevrolet C/K 1500 Silverado RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I was changing my oil earlier, got done, topped off fluids etc, fired her up
and started looking/listening for anything that might need attention. Noticed
a wet spot on the intake right behind the TB. Took off my air cleaner, no
leaks from the lines or the mounting gasket. Up top where the unit comes
apart is where the leak is at, but I can't tell exactly where. Besides a gasket
kit, is there anything else in there I should check into? Besides the injectors,
they're doin great.

Please help, any suggestions are welcome, I really need to figure this out tonight so I can go to work in the morning. My buddy is going to bring me a gasket set, but is there anything else I should have him bring? Im not very experienced with fuel injection systems, Ive always ran carbs.
