90chevy 1500 4.3.runs fine when cold,but
when temp gets normal doing45mph it
loses power and hesitates when its under
load or try to accelerate

If there is a catalytic converter on there it may be getting plugged. Also dirty injectors may attribute to this, run some fuel injection cleaner threw the gas.

I would check for vacuum leaks, Is that a TBI on there? Also check the TBI base gasket. You can spray carb. cleaner like down the intake gasket, and at the TBI base gasket, rpm would pick up if there is a leak. 02 sensor could have a play in this.
