1993 Chevy truck how to fix brake problems

My truck brakes have to be pushed down
twice before brakes feel hard . I want to
replace brake fluid and fix the problem of
press twice. Any tips please.

I would bleed the master cylinder and then the rest of the system . Disconnect the lines at the master and replace with short replacements with a piece of hose running into some brake fluid for the master cylinder , press the pedal with your hand a few inches only . I use a bulb syringe for this kind of mess , Then starting with the furthest tire from that point do the rest most people have their own way of bleeding the system
