I have a 1993 Chevy 1500 and it does not go into
gear and it make like a sound

Sounds like your fourth gear synchronizer is bad. That is if it is a standard transmission. However if it is a automatic and wont go into OD (4th) gear it could be any of a lot of things , linkage adjustment , stuck valve in valve body , Servo stuck. Best to take to a trans shop for diagnostics. A standard trans if your fairly mechanical can be done by you .
