I have a 94 Chevy Cheyenne with a 4.3 and
want to swap to a 350
What do I need to do to comply with
California emissions laws

You need to install a 1994 or newer engine with California smog controls for the year engine. I believe you will also need to have a smog referee approve the swap.

how do you go about doing all that because I have a 98 and live in California also hiw. do you get that approved
