Engine shutting off

Asked by Guru95H7MR Jan 09, 2021 at 09:54 AM about the 1996 Chevrolet C/K 1500 Silverado Extended Cab LB 4WD

I have a problem with my 96 Chevy Z71, shutting of when coming to a  stop
mainly during cold weather.  Truck starts back up when cranking.  I have
changed out the MAP Sensor, and the Throttle Control Valve and problem still
exists.  HELP!
