My 2000 infiniti g20 is giving me 13mpg and when i plugged in the computer it says o2 sensor heater circut bank one sensor 2 could it be that the reason why is wasting so much gas?

Because your O2 sensor is bad. The O2 sensors read the exhaust and regulate the fuel mixture. When they go bad, they send a rich mixture to protect the engine. The CEL light comes on, cooling fan turns on, power is reduced, and your MPG's drop. -- You can buy another sensor at RockAuto.com and replace it.
