Where do I hookup to recharge the A/C on my 2000 G20 Infiniti?

A/C doesn't work and I would like to use a recharge kit from an auto parts store.  The car
is awesome at 198,000 miles other than no A/C

repair or leak? to the low side hose going into the car /pass/compartment.

Most likely can be a leakage through the o-rings. Try to fill the the valve of the compressor with coolant. Than turn the A/C to the max amounts let it run, check the A/C Compressor than try to get a spray bottle with water and spray all around look for signs of leakages, most leakages amongst the compressor hosing are due to old o- rings.
