CVT Transmission on G35?

Asked by David Sep 06, 2020 at 03:51 PM about the 2003 INFINITI G35 Coupe RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Is buying a 120xxx mile 2003 g35 worth it? I have heard
that cvt transmissions will give out by then and cost
thousands to repair, but I haven't heard anyone with that
problem. But I also have a budget and I don't want to go
over it and buy a much newer one unless it's in my price
range.

The Nissan CVT is the worst transmission ever made. The 2003 should have an automatic, not a CVT.
