overheating

Since you just did a lot of work, make sure all air is bled out of cooling system. Can take several tries to get all the air out. Following that, check radiator cap (if it's the old one). Cracks in the cap can prevent coolant from being pulled in from the overflow bottle. Check hoses, also do that with engine running, top hose should feel pressurized, bottom hose should not be collapsed. Same for heater hoses, should feel good pressure, if not, something is restricting flow. May want to check coolant with Block Tester, make sure overheating isn't due to a head gasket issue.

So, I just changed out the thermostat gauge sensor and it’s still overheating. What do I do now?

I changed out the fans the thermostats and it's still overheating

Check the fuse box under the hood check for the fan fuse 40 watt change that and it should do it

Did you replace thermostat with a cheap non oem? Because those function at a different temperature. If you get oem from Infiniti ( Like I eventually did after replacing water pump, fans, hoses, omg everything and it was the thermostat even though it was new it wasn’t made to open at 180 I believe ). Def make sure you burp after like they are saying but right now it’s a different problem and make sure front end is elevated and heater on blast and rev engine, squeeze top and bottom hoses get bubbles out. Lol sounds like a lot but could be worse I sure hope it’s not cracked block sending exhaust air into your air system non stop.
