It depends on manufacturer, there's usually at least one big cable and one smaller cable tied to it for the positive side, if you want to see what yours should look like go to any parts web site, and type in your vehicles exact info (year, make, model, engine type). Some aftermarket equipment or stereos may run a power cable directly to positive terminal as well, especially for amps.
