sounds like a fuel delivery problem .a fuel filter or pump striving to supply the proper volume to perform

I have the same problem with my 94 civic gsr . First crank won't start but second one right away .and when u start driving the check engine light comes on and if u drive normal it goes but if u get it Lil more gas it feels like it's chokeing and loses power. I replaced fuel filter and the problem is still there. Need help
