Who pays for a parasitic battery drain test

We woke up to a dead battery again.  I would like to have a parastic battery drain test done by the dealer who sold us the car.  I believe we might be on 3rd battery (not sure).  Any help I can use when meeting with Subara dealer

If the vehicle is under full factory warranty then it should be diagnosed under that warranty. If it is out of warranty it is your responsibility to pay for the diagnosis.
