Hissing sound in this area

I’m hearing a quite hiss sound coming from
my 2016 F-150 it only has 15,000 mile. I hear
it when I have the hood open and when it’s
idling. No AC on your anything.

Noticed the same noise after two long road trips, except my hiss was louder. I noticed it when I had to pop the hood to jump start someone. But i have no truck problems , so I'm assuming it's normal?
