my 1996 ford f-150 was stuck in 2nd gear its the 6 cyl 4x4 5 speed we dropprd the
transmission and got it too pop out of gear for a sec then it got stuck again what could
cause this because i dont know much about transmissions and i dont want too spend a
lot of money on the wrong parts

sounds like you might have a bad bearing i would try to put some grease in there to see if it will help
