Leak from front of f250

I have a leak coming from the front of my
F250, right behind the front license plate. I
see it leaking from the silver grate. What type
of fluid leak is it? And is it safe to drive to the
mechanic or do I need to get a tow?

More than likely coolant. All according to how big the leak is. I would fill it and drive to get it repaired

Looks like you took a rock to the radiator. Top off the fluid before going anywhere.
