My engine isn't starting. My acceleration
gave out in my gas pedal and went to the
floor,and rolled to a stop, as if I ran out
of gas. Ive replaced acceleration cable
gave new battery and still won't start

Sounds like you should check your Alternator , replace fuel and air filters, then put quality Gas in your car ( Amoco super premium )..
