Im not being a smart ass here. The best time to buy a vehicle is when they are a year or 2 old. Let the first owner take the $5-15,000 deprecation hit off the top for you. Its still under warranty and should only have 12-30,000 miles on it. Hyundai and KIA are great vehicles but do deprecate very quickly.

TransAm is right... however you asked about new, so really the best time will be in October when the units on the lot are left overs, the 2016s have been shipped and also on lot... most manufacturers will offer incentives to clear them as well as the dealerships will want to move before the calendar year clicks because then everyone will be looking to buy at fire-sale prices and the dealership can't do that because it has been floor-planning the unit, etc... so best purchase would be a little used, but if you want a new one, purchase or lease in October/November...
