My 2015 power lift gate will not open. We have tried disabling, opening the manual switch, it will not even attempt to open now. Please help.

I have a 2015 Ford Edge, the lift gate has been giving me issues for awhile
now, sometimes it would not open and would appear that the left side of the
lift gate would try to unlatch, disabled the lift gate and reenabled and it would
work, this time we did the enable; tried opening manually, nothing works.
Checked the fuses. Please help

I am having the same problem with my 2015 Ford Edge. Did you get the problem resolved? If so, what did you do? Also, how do you disable it to open manually?
