Trip milage will not reset

2015 Ford Escape, 10,020 milage, I was unable to reset my trip milage after
my last fill up. When I press the OK button,  the screen just changes. Any help
on how to cure this?

Hold the button down for three seconds

This does not work on my 2016. It just keeps changing screens. Any other ideas?
