What are your ratings bsed on? I ask because I found a vehicle on your site that listed as agreat deal, $3,000 + below market. When I went to check this out it had mulitlpe imperfections throughout. Both front wheels were scratched/dented, the windshield was gouged with the wiper blade along with multiple imperfecftions to the body. Do you just use the year, make/model, mand milage?
