Does it click or make any noise when you turn the key from ON to START?

It won't start or turn over but the lights are on under the hood it clicks like a seas battery but charged the on slow
Check/clean grounds and check batter cables for corrosion and maybe bench test your starter. I'd lean towards grounds first but it's hard to say
what if it makes a whining noise when you turn the key but doesn't start
