What us the absolute best oil and oil type to use
for me 2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer LT EXT with
175,000 miles on it? I am not concerned about the
price I just prefer the best quality  to be used on my
vehicle.

Mobil 1 is recommended on gm products due to the fact that it contains Dexos which is a set standard in all gm products. Oil stabilize wont hurt either.
