I put a fuel injector sensor on and cannot get car to crank.

cuz i put a brand new fuel pump and fuel filter in, and I got gas up to the rail and the F I seems like its not geting gas or fire to the injectors or gas to the plugs. sprayed starter fluid in and it ran for a few seconds with starter fluid. why won't it run without starter fluid?

bleed the air out of the fuel rail.valve looks like a tire valve,is at end of rail.
