Stumbling, cuting out

Asked by Wesley Aug 06, 2018 at 04:16 PM about the 2005 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor

Stumbles or seems to cut out. Hitting
hard. Not at idle while driving low
speed under 60. And up hills.  Had old
gas in it. Put in b12. Seems to be less
often maybe. Help please!
