Wire pulled from tha od connector

Over drive wires got pulled some how but anyways what
problems can happen if the wires touch or short out and
can it cause limited rpm can they be left unconnected or
do they need to be reconnected????

Will do but with them being pulled out will that make tha car have drivability issues or stop a throttle respond at all???

I would suspect that you simply cannot turn off the OD. Then again it might mean you can never shift into top gear.
