Why does the no 1 spark plug wire keep buring up
the end in the wire

If it is only number 1 then I would suspect the spark plug, or injector too lean, plug gap could be too wide or it has an internal problem. HTH

Change the spark plugs.

Get new spark plug wires. There may be a bad connection causing the wire to arc to the spark plug end.
